HAVING READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE SERVICE , I WAS APPREHENSIVE TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER A HARD TO LOCATE EXPENSIVE ECU FOR A SUBARU TRIBECA. SUBARU WERE QUOTING 2000 AND A 4 WEEK WAIT. PHIL MANAGED TO PRODUCE A GUARANTEED REFURBISHED PART WITHIN DAYS AND POSTED SAME WITHIN A WEEK. RESULT, TRIBECA UP AND RUNNING FOR LESS THAN 50% OF THE COST OF THE MAIN AGENT AND A FEW WEEKS EARLIER. WELL DONE LYNX.

Avoid like the plague, total lack of respect from Phil who aint got a clue what hes doing the only thing he knows is how to take your money & give you excuses. Been waiting 7 months for my money back & every time it will be in my bank tomorrow & tomorrow never comes. STAY WELL AWAY!!! is the best advice I can give because I never got it should have googled his company & read these reports first...
I have been in the Motor trade for 20 years and I have never come across a company this poor , very polite to start off with but once they have your ecu this is when the fun starts . You have to chase and chase to get information then you have to keep calling them to get info on your ecu which by the way they sub contract the work out . Then when Phil wants paying he is all over you till he has his money . At this point you think it's all over and everything should be OK to find out that it has to go back because it's not been repaired properly. When I tried to contact him to find out what was going on he avoids you until you call off another number and he actually answer the phone . Just avoid the company do not use them at all!!!!!!!!!!
