Excellent friendly service, I would highly recommend. I went in to get a new screen for my iPhone and they informed me that it was just the protective screen film that was damaged. They removed the thick plastic film from my screen and refused to accept any payment. Service with a smile!
I have visited three times with queries that have not resulted in a sale to Radtek. They have advised me freely and helped me sort out my technical difficulties with patience and understanding, using comprehensible language without a hint of patronisation! I gave a donation as they did not charge me, and I strongly recommend them. In fact, if they provided a troubleshooting service and charged, I think many would welcome it. Thank you.
my phone was left there to be fixed. it was taken by a supposed employee and fixed more cheaply elsewhere and the lady took my money for herself and didn't give me a reciept. I later took it back to the shop as it was faulty and the man said he had no knowledge of it and couldn't sort it. really poor service.Im unable to give this place no stars. My visit was a few years ago now. However I spoke to a friend of mine the other day and she took her iPhone there to get fixed. Her phone was returned more damaged and had lost the ability to use the home button. She walked out refusing to pay. It seems that the years have passed and the quality hasnt improved. Im quite saddened that these people are allowed to continue with poor service. Some customers arent able to shop around and have to use the most convenient place. Very disappointed still with this
Went in today with my totally destroyed screen and they were really helpful and sorted my phone to last until my new one is delivered. Everyone try to shop locally and help our smaller businesses . Thanks again
A real extra mile service with great staff. I came in to have my computer repaired (Macbook) and the staff there showed me through every step they took and allowed me complete behind the scenes access and had a great chat with the owner Chris. Really great service, would use again.
