I bought an office chair here for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, one small plastic component was damaged en route. MDM were very friendly and immediately sent out a replacement at no charge that arrived the next day. The chair has been comfortable, but I use it a lot and, about a year after purchase, one of the wheels cracked. I called MDM, who were again very friendly, and I have just received a pack of 5 extra wheels for no cost at all. Great, friendly company with outstanding customer service
