I have been using Bingham Dry Cleaners week in and week out for a number of years, they are always friendly, professional and courteous. The service received is also top quality, I wouldn't take my dry cleaning anywhere else.
wedding dress taken for cleaning on 28 August 2018. Date given as 15 September, I said there was no rush as I needed it for October. I went in to collect on 22 September to be asked had I received a phone call to say it was ready. No. It was explained they had been very busy. Another date given for collection which was the Friday I needed it, 26 October. I went to collect it to be asked again had I received a phone call. No, this was the date I said I needed it by and it had been there since August. I left the shop disappointed and waited for a call. None came so I reconsidered using the shop and decided to collect it to take elsewhere. I went in on 19 November to find it had been done and finished and no one had called me. Poor customer service.
