Guy Rogers has supervised my postoperative rehabilitation and return to sports programme for the past 4 months. During this period, I have been impressed by his professionalism and his thorough clinical knowledge combined with first class sports medicine skills. He has always tailored the exercises to my own goals and instead of simply handing me a long list of exercises to do, he demonstrates and explains each exercise, he makes sure that I understand the relevance of every part of the programme to my own sports activity and that I can perform them properly and safely. After each physio session I know that I am closer to being able to return to do martial arts. He has always been extremely supportive and motivational during challenging times and setbacks, putting my physical and psychological wellbeing as a patient first place .
